Appearance: brilliant ruby red with a violet haze.
Nose: delicate fragrance of fruit with black berries, well-orchestrated, velvety with the right sharp, typical of this kind of grape.
Palate: full and structured, it is characterized by a velvety and full-bodied sensation.
Gastronomic matching: it matches with first courses such as “Tajarin” or “Agnolotti” dressed with butter and sage, with main courses of white meat and with half-ripe cheeses.
