- Gentle pressing of the clusters, cryomaceration on the skins to extract fruit aromas and varietal characteristics of the trebbiano and malvasia grapes, followed by static cold-settling of the must, then controlled-temperature fermentation and maturation in stainless steel.
- Sensory profile
- The wine appears straw-yellow with gold highlights, and the bouquet is refined and long-lingering. a spacious palate exhibits a refreshing crispness and appealing flavours. it will be at its best when paired with antipasti, risottos, and lighter meats, and is particularly tasty with fish.
